If you currently use Conga, and no other eSign solution is installed, you should run Conga via the Sertifi app. This installation workflow walks you through the process of enabling Conga on your Sertifi app.
Setting up Sertifi for Conga in Salesforce
To install and setup Sertifi for Conga:
- Download and install the Sertifi app.
- Configure your Sertifi backend portal.
- Customize your settings and enable Conga via Custom Settings.
- If you're replacing a previous signature solution with Sertifi, refer to the following Conga support article.
- Create the Sertifi button.
- Add the Sertifi button to your Page Layout.
- Enable Real Time Updates.
Setting up Sertifi for Conga via the Conga button
If you already have a Conga account, and want to apply Sertifi for Conga parameters:
- Download and install the Sertifi app.
- Configure your Sertifi backend portal.
- Customize your settings.
- Updating your Conga button for Sertifi.
- Add the Sertifi button to your Page Layout.
- Enable Real Time Updates.
Installation typically takes at least 60 minutes to complete. If you prefer, Sertifi can complete a majority of the installation on your behalf, which can drastically reduce installation time from 60 minutes to 10. For more information, see Sertifi for Conga Quick Install.
